To the attention of artists
In France, any person who wishes to present and commercialize their own artistic production in the fields of graphic and plastic arts must be declared as seller even if this person has another activity: salaried or not, professional, independent… included retired from the public or private sector. This declaration is compulsory. We suppose that each country have their own legislation concerning the status of artists and we rely upon you to put yourself on the right side of the law.
All the works for sale must be declared to the customs when they enter the European territory.
